Ashley and Margaret spent the morning volunteering with the Check-In Crew, helping check in close to 600 registrants.

Ashley Robinson Attends ABA 2023 Fall Leadership Meeting

As the newly appointed vice-chair of the Design and Construction committee for the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section, D’Arcy Vicknair’s own Ashley Robinson was an enthusiastic attendee of the ABA’s 2023 Real Property, Trust and Estate Law (RPTE) Leadership Conference held in Toronto, Canada.

D’Arcy Vicknair is happy to announce the hiring of new associate attorney, Alec W. Szczechowski. Prior to joining the firm, Alec focused on employment discrimination law and intellectual property law, and is a nationally registered patent attorney. Andrew Vicknair to Present Seminar at the LSBA’s Construction Law From the Ground Up Program

D’Arcy Vicknair founding partner, Andrew Vicknair, will be presenting a seminar, “Construction Licensing” at the upcoming Louisiana State Bar Association’s Construction Law From the Ground Up Program on March 22, 2023.

This program will take attendees through all phases of Louisiana construction law. The program will be presented by an excellent collection of seasoned construction attorneys representing owners, developers, public entities, general contractors, insurers and sureties in all aspects of construction from the initial needs and negotiation through enforcement of rights in the event of disputes.
