In recent years, members and Past Chairs of the Fidelity & Surety Law Committee (FSLC) of the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association had an idea for a putting together a guide to federal, state and U.S.-territory payment bond law. The committee moved forward with the idea and made it a reality this year. The Electronic Payment Bond Deskbook is a hyperlinked, searchable, PDF document which is to be freely shared and readily accessed by surety professionals.
D’Arcy Vicknair founding partner, Adrian D’Arcy, was honored to be tasked with authoring the Louisiana chapter of the Deskbook.
Adrian enthusiastically took on the task at hand and wrote the Louisiana chapter of the Deskbook, which had its reveal at last week’s FSLC Spring Meeting in Lake Tahoe.
