Benjamin’s primary practice areas include construction litigation, surety litigation, and commercial litigation. Benjamin earned his juris doctor degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, along with a Certificate in Law, Technology & Entrepreneurship, after earning his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Louisiana State University.
