Anil Desa

Anil has decades of experience in the civil and structural engineering world. During his career as a civil engineer, Anil was the head of the Structural Engineering Division and Senior Project Manager for projects related to various aspects of civil/structural engineering ranging from large infrastructure projects including bridges to office buildings and other commercial structures. He also provided technical assistance for infrastructure repairs, damage assessments, FEMA/HUD compliance, and program/ project management for flood recovery programs funded by FEMA and HUD.

Graduating with a B.E. in civil engineering from the University of Bombay, Anil went on to receive an M.S. in civil engineering from Louisiana State University, as well as an M.B.A. from Tulane University, before enrolling in Loyola University College of Law where he graduated summa cum laude with his Juris Doctor.

Anil’s vast experience in civil engineering provides him with a unique ability to handle construction law, surety law, and commercial law matters, which are his primary areas of practice.
